Privacy notice
Last updated June 2026
This notice covers personal data we process through this website,adherely.ai. It is written plainly and is a draft kept current as we move toward launch — it isn’t legal advice.
Who is the controller
The controller for personal data collected via this site is Adherely, Denmark. Our full legal-entity name and registered address are on theImprint & DPA page. You can reach us about privacy at privacy@adherely.ai.
What we collect, and why
- Design-partner / contact form. When you submit the form we collect the details you provide — your name, work email, company, company size, role, the regulation or use-case, and your message. We use these solely to respond to you and to assess fit for the design-partner program. Your submission is delivered to our inbox by our email provider (see Sub-processors). Legal basis: taking steps at your request prior to entering an agreement, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
- Spam protection. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-friendly alternative to CAPTCHAs. To tell humans from bots, Turnstile processes limited technical data (including your IP address). See Sub-processors.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived, standard request logs (e.g. IP address, timestamp) to operate and secure the site.
Cookies & analytics
This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising trackers or Google Analytics. Because we don’t store or read non-essential information on your device, no consent banner is required. If we later add any non-essential third-party feature, we’ll introduce a proper, symmetric opt-in consent mechanism first. This reflects our reading of the ePrivacy rules and Danish guidance; it is a considered posture, not settled law.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that help us run the site and respond to you — listed, with purpose and location, on ourSub-processors page. We don’t sell personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and the design-partner relationship, then delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and you can object to processing. Emailprivacy@adherely.ai. You also have the right to complain to your supervisory authority — in Denmark, Datatilsynet.
