Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

When Adherely processes personal data on your behalf as a processor, we do so under a written Data Processing Agreement meeting GDPR Article 28 — covering scope and purpose, confidentiality, security measures, sub-processor terms (see Sub-processors), assistance with data-subject requests, and deletion or return of data on termination.

Adherely is pre-launch. Our DPA is provided as part of design-partner contracting and at product launch. To request the current draft, emailprivacy@adherely.ai.

Imprint / legal entity
